Each plan shown below are created based on each members personal needs to best achieve there individual results. Programs are created when each member signs up and may change though your membership to achieve the best results based on each members needs. Each program is listed in the membership signup page when you register to become part of the Ultimate team. Nutrition, Training& Lifestyle Programming with weekly updates: 

Option 1: Monthly Payment Rate

First Month: Start Up Fee: $450

Monthly Fee  (1stor15thof each month): $300

-Start up covers Programs Creation. Including Nutrition, Supplement schedule, and Training Split and Routine. 

Option 2: Pay In Full Rates

1 Year Programming Services: $2000

         6 Month Programming Services: $1200

16 Week Programming Services: $950

12 Week Programming Services: $800

8 Week Programming Services: $650

Individual Custom Meal Plans & Detailed path to a Healthy Lifestyle:

Custom Meal Plan: $500

-Everyone has different needs when it comes to health and wellness! Program is designed based on individual goals and needs! 24/7 online support for any questions you may have! Program will be detailed!! Workout program is included! Meal plan will be designed to be continuous and will have calories and nutrition ratios adjusted weekly to make sure progress continues to improve as well as a better understanding on the steps needed to create a healthy live style full of motivation and energy! 

Programs Include: 

      -Personal assessment based on personal goals and time line

      -Customized diet/ nutrition plan, supplement/vitamin schedule/ Method to improve stress levels & Mindset

-Weekly Updates – Pictures sent weekly to evaluate progress in all major body parts with an emphasis on shape and proportion. This is done by making the necessary changes to diet/ nutrition plan and supplement schedule to make sure progress is moving as needed to desired division/ competition. Stress levels ad personal life will also be taken into account during updates. Need to make sure your mentally and physique making the progress needed. Tools to help you achieve these personal goals will be given when needed!

      -Updates become even more frequent once within the final couple weeks, and onto as frequent as daily or a even a few times a day during the last few days if needed.  Further out, we may have the same diet of 2 weeks. I Still want updates every week to make sure progress is going as intended in all areas. The day of your show we will be in close contact via text, email or phone.  If you are local, I will be at your show to monitor progress and make sure everything is dialing up properly.

 

Personal Training Sessions: 

Clients Active in Programing: (Opt 1&2)

One on One Training Rate: $70

Packages:

5 up front: $60  a session

10 up Front: $50 a session

Paired Training Sessions: $40 for each trainee

 

-I take pictures of my clients so they have more pictures then just the online pictures after competition.

Clients NOTActive in Programing: (Opt 1&2)

One on One Training Rate: $85

Packages:

5 up front: $70  a session

10 up Front: $60 a session

Paired Training Sessions: $50 for each trainee
